HVAC Site Engineer

Role Summary: We are urgently seeking BMS Field Engineer/Technician to support on-site project implementation of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC ,Power Panels, Fire Alarm, and Access Control Systems. The ideal candidate will assist in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and ensure successful project execution at client site Key Responsibilities (Field-Based): Perform on-site installation, commissioning of BMS equipment. Supervise and guide a team of field engineers/technicians. Handle integration and troubleshooting of BMS systems, HVAC, chillers, fire alarm systems, AC units, and control panels directly at project sites. Conduct on-site wiring, panel termination, and device installation.. Liaise with clients and vendors during project execution. Prepare on-site reports, documentation, and project handover reports. Skills & Requirements: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline. 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in field execution of BMS projects. Knowledge of installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of BMS and associated equipment. Team handling experience in field operations. Familiarity with HVAC, chillers, fire alarms, AC systems, and control panels. Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Bangalore.
