Job Summary:

The HVAC Site Engineer is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and executing all on-site heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) works to ensure that installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities are carried out according to project specifications, standards, and timelines. This role bridges the gap between design and implementation, ensuring high-quality and energy-efficient HVAC systems are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Supervision

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, ventilation systems, etc.).

Supervise technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely and according to design drawings and specifications.

Monitor daily site activities and ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.

Technical Coordination

Review HVAC design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (electrical, plumbing, civil) to resolve site-related issues.

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients regarding technical and site matters.

Quality & Safety

Ensure all HVAC installations comply with industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, local codes, etc.).

Conduct quality inspections of materials and workmanship.

Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental procedures at the site.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Maintain site records, including material deliveries, manpower, and inspection reports.

Support preparation of as-built drawings and operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,264.02 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
