A CRM Executive in the HVAC industry manages customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and data management within the CRM system. They handle inquiries, complaints, and concerns, and collaborate with sales and service teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and service delivery.
  • CRM System Management:
  • Utilizing and optimizing the CRM system for efficient customer data management.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM.
  • Generating reports and insights from CRM data to support decision-making and improve customer interactions.
  • Sales and Service Support:
  • Collaborating with sales and service teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Providing support and training to staff on CRM software and processes.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Designing and executing CRM campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyzing customer feedback and CRM data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on customer satisfaction, retention rates, and CRM performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
