Job Description

Position: IT Support / Desktop Support Engineer Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware. Handle basic network troubleshooting, including switches, LAN, and connectivity issues. Install and configure OS, software applications, drivers, and updates. Diagnose and fix hardware faults, replace components when required. Support users through remote and on-site assistance. Ensure proper functioning of printers, network printers, and device sharing. Document issues, solutions, and maintain service logs. Maintain inventory of IT assets (systems, parts, printers, toners, etc.). Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs when needed. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware. Experience with Windows OS installation and troubleshooting. Understanding of basic networking (LAN, switches, IP configuration).
