Verify shipping details—match items with bills of lading, check quantities, and report discrepancies. Keep customers updated with item availability, shipment status, and delivery methods. Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, promotions, POs, and credit-related information. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills for internal coordination and customer interaction. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple dispatches.
