Hindi Tele Calling Executive

SS Associates is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele calling Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, promoting our printing services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable printing solutions.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales conversions.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate details.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in tele calling/telesales/customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work in a team.

• Well known in additional languages - Hindi, Kannada, Telugu

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
