Role Overview As a Club Manager, you will be the on-ground leader responsible for all gym operations, including daily sales, member onboarding, renewals, hygiene, staff management, and customer experience. This is a full-stack role requiring you to lead from the front—on the floor, every day. Key Responsibilities Achieve daily sales targets (₹33,000+) and PT upsell goals (₹3–5L/month) Drive 90%+ member renewals and referral generation Ensure 100% onboarding, trainer mapping, and BCA within 24 hours Maintain gym readiness (cleanliness, vibe, equipment) at all times Handle team rosters, FD and trainer coordination, SOPs, and audits Manage customer escalations with resolution in under 24 hours Enforce CRM discipline, track daily KPIs, and report performance Operate with 100% ownership, no excuses, and high accountability Who You Are A strong operator with 3+ years in gym, fitness, or retail management Sales-driven, floor-active, and performance-oriented Comfortable working 6 days a week (Mon–Sat: 6AM–10PM, Sun: 12PM–9PM) Skilled in team handling, crisis resolution, CRM tools, and reporting Not a desk manager—someone who leads by action, energy, and ownership What You’ll Get Fixed salary + performance incentives Access to premium gym facilities Fast-track career growth into Area/Cluster Manager roles Leadership training and high-performance culture To Apply: Send your resume to kaushal.garud@wtfgyms.com Show more Show less
