Key Responsibilities ๐น Coach, Train & Upskill Trainers Conduct structured onboarding, shadowing, and skill development sessions for all incoming Personal Trainers (PTs) Teach trainers how to sell Personal Training (PT) packages confidently and ethically Deliver regular workshops on: Client communication and emotional intelligence Body language, grooming, and professional etiquette Client retention techniques Hospitality-driven fitness coaching ๐น Interview, Evaluate & Certify Participate in the recruitment and technical evaluation of new gym trainers Standardize the certification process for all PTs under your region Conduct mock assessments and certification audits Approve or disqualify trainers based on technical, behavioral, and performance benchmarks ๐น PT Sales, Revenue & Performance Monitoring Track individual trainer sales, PT conversions, client engagement hours, and retention Conduct business reviews with trainers on a weekly/monthly basis Identify low-performers and design turnaround coaching plans Share data-backed insights with cluster/regional heads to align growth targets ๐น Client Engagement & Brand Representation Monitor client feedback, escalation reports, and dropouts Guide trainers to build long-term client relationships through empathy and care Represent WTF Gymsโ brand standards in frontline engagement Coach trainers to pitch brand value, transformation goals , and WTFโs mission ๐น Department Collaboration Work with Sales, L&D, and Fitness Operations teams to build aligned training and revenue strategies Suggest improvements in service delivery and PT experience based on feedback loops Contribute to PT handbook, SOPs, onboarding guides, and training manuals ๐ Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) PT Revenue Growth โ Month-on-Month Trainer Sales Conversion Rate Client Retention Rate (per trainer) Net Promoter Score (NPS) for PT sessions Certification Pass Rate for New Hires Complaint/Dropout Reduction Metrics โ Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of experience as a certified fitness trainer, with proven results Minimum 2+ years in a leadership or coaching capacity in the fitness industry Nationally or internationally recognized certifications (ACE, NASM, NSCA, etc.) Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and human performance Deep understanding of sales psychology, customer engagement , and fitness business metrics Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills Professional demeanor, discipline, and ability to lead by example Passionate about fitness, people development, and community culture Show more Show less
