Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert 

  qualified leads shared by the Head Office

   into successful sales
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and final assessments for residential and commercial solar projects
• Build strong relationships with prospects, ensuring clear communication and smooth sales closure
• Lead and mentor a team of 

  Field Sales Executives

   in the Kerala region, driving them towards set targets
• Ensure timely proposal submission, negotiation, and closing of deals
• Work closely with operations, documentation, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and closures in the company CRM
• Provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and feedback to the Head of Sales & Marketing
• Represent Vanguard Energy in the region, upholding our brand values and customer-first approach
  

Requirements

• Mandatory:

   Proven sales experience in the 

  solar energy industry

   (
• Strong track record of closing sales and achieving monthly/quarterly targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Leadership ability to train, guide, and motivate a field sales team
• Familiarity with Kerala’s solar market dynamics and customer preferences is an advantage
• Self-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused approach
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong)
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
