Responsibilities: -
- Establish and appoint strong and reliable dealer/distributor network base to ensure effectivemarket penetration and distribution.- Maintain and expand dealer base by coaching SO/ASM and Sales Team.- Maintaining relationships and ensure long-term engagement with the Influencers (Engineers,Contractors, Masons) through organizing MEETS/EVENTS.- Conceptualize && implement strategies as a part of business goal and market penetration of TMTBars (Primary && Secondary).- Ensure optimum utilization of CRM IT platform to effectively manage and enhance customerengagement and Interactions.- Monitor performance of the sales team to ensure growth in business volume; Ensure highperformance through proper guidance, motivation and training.- Coordination with Logistics && Accounts department for smooth material movement andpayments.- Resolve problems, completes audits, identify trends, determine sales system improvements andimplement the necessary changes.- Meet regional sales objectives by targeting and forecasting Sales, preparing an annual budget,scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
