Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Bangalore

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
  • Lead the regional Sales and Operations team to achieve targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Work closely with key OEM partners to position the right solutions.

Technical Expertise:

  • IT Infrastructure solutions across AV, Networking, Data Center, IT Hardware, and Cybersecurity.
  • Ability to engage with enterprise and mid-market clients and present end-to-end solutions.

Major OEM Engagements (TBOT Systems):

Requirements:

  • 7 - 12 years of IT Infra sales experience.
  • Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
