Regional Sales Manager

We are Looking for Regional Sales Manager

Location - Chennai

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead and manage sales activities within the assigned region to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals. ·
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts in the food, beverage, and nutraceutical sectors. ·
• Identify new business opportunities and maximize existing customer value.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in the ingredients market. ·
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.·
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports for the region. Track sales performance against goals, analyse results, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company’s product portfolio.

Qualification & Required Skill -

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.·
• Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience in the ingredients, food, beverage, or nutraceutical industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership or regional sales management role.·
• Strong understanding of the ingredients market, including trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.· Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and driving new business in a competitive market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively present solutions to customers and senior management.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the South India region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
