Regional Sales Manager

We are Hiring For Regional Sales Manager

Location - Delhi

Key Responsibilities -

• Lead and manage sales activities within the assigned region to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals. ·
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts in the food, beverage, and nutraceutical sectors
• Identify new business opportunities and maximize existing customer value.
• Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.·
• Provide technical support in collaboration with the technical and R&D teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and promote the company’s product portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and contractual terms.

Qualification & Required Skill -

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.·
• Minimum of 4+ years of sales experience in the ingredients, food, beverage, or nutraceutical industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership or regional sales management role.· Strong understanding of the ingredients market, including trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and driving new business in a competitive market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively present solutions to customers and senior management.· Problem-Solving.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho or similar), MS Office, and other sales-related tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
