Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Morbi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned region, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience and ability to meet targets
• Strong understanding of the solar power industry and EPC projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Familiarity with local market regulations and government policies is preferred
