Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Valueline Delhi


Position Overview:

Valueline Delhi is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts in the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the luxury interior industry, proven leadership skills, and an extensive network with top designers, architects, and UHNI clients.


Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and new business development within the Delhi NCR region.

- Build and maintain relationships with top designers, architects, and high-net-worth individuals (HNI clients).

- Understand and effectively communicate the unique positioning and premium offerings of Valueline.

- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand the brand footprint.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

- Learn about and advocate for Valueline’s bathroom and window industry solutions.


Candidate Profile:

- Significant experience in sales, business development, and leadership roles, preferably within the luxury interior industry.

- Proven track record of working with top designers, architects, and UHNI clients.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn about bathroom and window industry products and solutions.

- Strong understanding of the luxury market and client preferences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach.


Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in luxury interior sales or related fields.

- Prior experience working with elite clientele such as UHNI clients.

- Familiarity with the Delhi NCR market and its key stakeholders.
