Role Description

Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

full-time hybrid role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute

  regional sales strategies

• Identify and pursue

  new business opportunities

• Build and maintain

  strong client relationships

• Analyze

  market trends

  to achieve regional goals
• Mentor, motivate, and manage the

  regional sales team

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience

  in FMCG

  Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management

• Strong expertise in

  Market Analysis, Territory Management, and Goal-Oriented Planning

• Proven

  team leadership

  and

  people management

  skills
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

  abilities
• Ability to manage operations in a

  hybrid model

  (based in New Delhi)

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Business, Marketing, or related field (

  MBA preferred

  )

• Experience in the FMCG industry

  is a significant advantage
