Role Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead the field sales strategy for your assigned region, owning the complete revenue cycle – from lead generation and demos to closing and onboarding. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Edisapp’s presence across India by building relationships with school leaders, decision-makers, and educational institutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Edisapp ERP and LMS sales across CBSE, ICSE, and State board schools
  • Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies and growth plans
  • Lead a team of Field Sales Executives (where applicable), mentor junior team members
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: lead qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Build strong relationships with school chains, trusts, and educational networks
  • Represent Eloit at school expos, leadership conclaves, and educational conferences
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Pre-sales, and Implementation teams to ensure client success
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts in CRM (Bitrix preferred)
  • Report to the National Sales Head and contribute to quarterly strategic reviews


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education-related solutions
  • Strong track record in selling to school management and academic leadership
  • Ability to manage enterprise-level, consultative sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across cities within the assigned region
  • CRM proficiency (Bitrix, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling School ERP, LMS, or Education SaaS platforms
  • Knowledge of NEP 2020, school digitalisation initiatives, and accreditation processes
  • Relationships with key influencers in the K12 ecosystem
  • Experience in tri-party sales structures with resellers and clients
