Regional Manager – Sales


Job Location: Remote (Mumbai / Chennai / Delhi)



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Organize and plan customer calls and visits in advance for maximum efficiency.
  • Provide technical information and guidance to non-technical customers and consumers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products, keeping customers informed about new and existing offerings.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders (e.g., direct customers, contractors, site planners, councils, water authorities, etc.) using multi-tier sales techniques.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to address customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and proposals.
  • Compile, analyze, and present reports to internal and external teams.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Frequent travel required — approximately 15 days per month.


Candidate Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of proven experience in a sales role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the

    water and wastewater industry

    or Building Materials (mandatory).
  • Result-oriented mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
