Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Achieve and exceed the revenue and profitability targets across IT infrastructure, cloud, hardware, and enterprise solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set targets, and ensure team capability development.
  • Encourage collaboration and ensure efficient communication between sales, technical, and delivery teams.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Identify and onboard new enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and solution presentations.

Business Development

  • Drive large-scale IT solution sales including

    cloud services, infrastructure setups, IT hardware, AMC, and managed services

    .
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Work closely with OEMs and channel partners for joint go-to-market activities.

Reporting & Operations

  • Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, pricing strategies, and compliance.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Sales / Enterprise Sales / Infrastructure Sales

    , with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in

    Cloud, IT Infrastructure, Servers, Storage, Networking, Cybersecurity, IT Hardware, and Managed Services

    .
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in B2B or enterprise tech sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics.
