Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales managers/executives across regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and create go-to-market plans for IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Data Center offerings.
• Collaborate with technical and presales teams to deliver complete customer solutions.
• Drive large enterprise deals and partnerships with OEMs and technology vendors.
• Track sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools.
• Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify growth areas.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, HR) for smooth project execution.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• 1020 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Cloud / Data Center / IT Hardware sales.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of enterprise technology solutions and system integration.
• Experience in managing high-value client relationships and enterprise accounts.
• Strong network with OEMs (HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.) is an added advantage.
