Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ceramic Roofing Tiles

Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies across Kerala
Prepare sales plans, district-wise budgets, forecasts, and growth targets.
Build strategic relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, and institutional customers.
Strengthen and rationalize dealer and distributor networks across different regions.
Lead and manage field sales teams.
Set clear targets, KPIs, and review mechanisms across states.
Build a performance-driven, accountable sales culture.
Lead key negotiations with large customers, projects, and channel partners.
Ensure profitability while maintaining competitive market positioning.
Coordinate with supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Track sales performance and prepare MIS reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
5–10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5–7 years in senior leadership roles.
Strong experience in
South Indian building materials markets
, preferably roofing tiles, ceramics, cement, or allied products.
Proven capability in managing state operations and diverse market dynamics.
