About the Role: Ampler Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. This role is focused on acquiring new B2B clients and expanding our footprint in the IT and technology sales domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, software, hardware, or product-based B2B sales and a proven ability to build strong client relationships and close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: Identify, pursue, and convert new B2B sales opportunities in the IT/Tech sector Conduct market research to generate high-quality leads Pitch services and solutions to potential clients with a focus on value-driven selling Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets Build and maintain long-term client relationships Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery Must-Have Qualifications: 3 to 7 years of proven experience in B2B sales within IT services, hardware, product, or technology sectors Demonstrated success in lead generation, client pitching, and deal closure Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of the current IT/technology market landscape Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Nice-to-Have: • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms • Prior experience in selling managed services or tech solutions • Technical knowledge to support product/service demos
