Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Software Quality Analyst. The Software Quality Analyst will be responsible for executing software tests, ensuring software quality, conducting quality assurance processes, and performing manual software tests. The role involves collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve software issues, maintaining documentation of test results, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Test Execution, Software Testing, and Manual Testing
• Experience in ensuring Software Quality and conducting Quality Assurance processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in educational technology or a related industry is a plus

Key Skills & Requirements

• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).
• Proven experience as a QA analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
