SyncWorks Technologies is a Pune-based fintech company building next-gen platforms for the BFSI sector. Our flagship products—SyncLOS (Loan Origination System) and SynceNACH (Digital Mandate & Payment Automation)—are transforming how Credit Societies, NBFCs, and Co-operative Banks manage customer onboarding, loan processing, and recurring payments. We’re expanding our QA team and looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable product experiences.

Role Overview

As a Quality Analyst (QA), you will be responsible for manual testing of our fintech solutions, covering both frontend and backend features. You will identify bugs, validate workflows, and ensure every release meets high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Testing: Execute test cycles for SyncLOS and SynceNACH end-to-end workflows.
• Manual Testing: Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and system testing.
• API Testing: Validate third-party integrations (UPI Autopay, eNACH, WhatsApp APIs, payment gateways).
• Defect Tracking: Log, track, and verify bug fixes with developers.
• Documentation: Create test cases, test data, and testing reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues and improve usability.
• Compliance Support: Participate in VAPT and follow fintech compliance guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ year of experience in Manual Testing (fintech/BFSI preferred).
• Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or similar banking platforms.
• Understanding of eNACH, UPI Autopay, and digital payment flows.
• Basic knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Exposure to HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, ReactJS (added advantage).
• Comfortable using MySQL/PostgreSQL for DB validations.
• Strong bug reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Training/Certification in software testing or QA is a plus.

Work Schedule & Location

• Work Type: In-office only
• Location: Karve Nagar, Pune
• Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Saturday
