Software Quality Analyst

• Prepare detailed documentation including business requirements, use cases, process flows, and system specifications.
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT (Development) teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to validate implemented solutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users during system implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and automation.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and create detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Execute test cases and record test results, ensuring timely identification, reporting, and resolution of defects.
• Manage defect tracking using a defect tracking system, ensuring effective communication and collaboration for defect resolution.
• Set up test environments and ensure availability of test data for accurate and comprehensive testing.
• Develop and execute manual test scripts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
• Prepare test artifacts (validation) such as test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test summary reports.
