Job Description

You are an experienced Quality Analyst with expertise in writing detailed test plans, test scripts, and test cases. You have a strong background in testing mobile, web, and native applications across various mobile devices. Your responsibilities include performing software testing, smoke testing, and regression testing for both mobile and web applications. You are proficient in identifying defects, prioritizing and tracking issues, and reporting test results to the development team. Additionally, you are skilled in test result documentation, test report preparation, defect tracking, and reporting. Desirable skills for this role include expertise in both manual and automation testing, hands-on experience of 1-2 years in a QA role for mobile and web applications, a deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, as well as hands-on experience in website testing. You possess strong experience in UI testing, responsive testing, and writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Your testing aptitude is robust with a clear understanding of testing concepts such as the testing life cycle, test plan, test strategy, and defect life cycle. Moreover, you have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, familiarity with common issue tracking tools like JIRA and Bugzilla, a solid background in system and application level testing, and experience in testing client and server applications. Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all project roles across multiple project teams is essential for this role. Good written and oral English communication skills are crucial as the team is spread globally, and English serves as the common language. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person.,
