We are offering an internship for Support Developer / Implementation Engineer roles. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that provides exposure to both technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and customer interaction (onboarding, training, support). Ideal for freshers who want to learn how fintech products are implemented and supported in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in customer onboarding on SyncLOS and related applications.
• Configure, design, and create forms, reports, and documents for customers.
• Help onboard customer staff members and provide training sessions.
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, or remote support tools.
• Document FAQs, onboarding steps, and support processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues.
