Job Title: Sales Manager (In-House)Location: Trivandrum

Job Summary:

Sales Manager (In-House)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective

    sales strategies and action plans

    to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in

    domestic and international markets

  • Create and execute plans for

    upselling and cross-selling

    ERP, accounting, and web solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor

    sales team members

    to build a high-performing, motivated sales force.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team culture.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Manage the entire

    sales cycle

    — from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Ensure exceptional

    customer satisfaction and retention

    through proactive communication and support.

4. Performance Management

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on

    sales metrics

  • Implement processes to ensure maximum productivity and accountability.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

5. International Sales Development

  • Expand the company’s footprint in

  • Develop strategies for entering new international markets and managing cross-border client relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

    in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years

    of proven experience in

    software sales

    (ERP, Accounting, or Web Solutions).
  • Demonstrated success in

    international sales and business development

    .
  • Strong understanding of software sales cycles, client needs, and technology solutions.
  • Excellent

    leadership, communication, and negotiation

    skills.
  • Proficiency in

    CRM tools

    and sales analytics platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a

    and fast-paced environment.
