Odoo Techno - Functional Consultant An Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant bridges the gap between business requirements and technical solutions within the Odoo ERP system. This role involves both functional expertise in business processes and technical proficiency in Odoo's architecture, enabling effective implementation, customization, and optimization of Odoo solutions Responsibilities Requirement Analysis & Documentation : Conduct sessions with clients to understand and document their business processes and requirements. Odoo Configuration & Customization : Configure and customize Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Inventory, Accounting) to align with business needs. Module Development : Develop custom modules and functionalities using Python and the Odoo framework. System Integration : Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and internal systems. Data Migration : Oversee data migration from legacy systems to Odoo. Testing & Deployment : Perform functional and integration testing to ensure smooth deployment of Odoo solutions. User Training & Support : Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing technical support. Qualifications & Skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ERP implementation, business process mapping, and systems integration. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and Odoo framework. Functional Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, Accounting, etc. Tools & Technologies : Experience with API integrations, data migration, and business intelligence tools.
