We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, emails, and networking. Your primary objective will be to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that align with our offerings. Responsibilities Lead Generation : Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Client Engagement : Initiate contact with potential clients, introduce our products/services, and build rapport to establish trust and interest. Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points, offering tailored solutions to address them. Sales Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition effectively. Pipeline Management : Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing deals. Performance Metrics : Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Requirements Experience : Minimum of 1 to 5 years in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software; ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Language : Fluency in English; Hindi and Malayalam.
