This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining products or services, and closing sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales records. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information. Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings. Requirements & Skills: Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally. Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in [industry-specific telesales, e.g., finance, healthcare, IT, etc.]. Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
