Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating sales via calls & Chat and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and care. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction, understanding client needs, and supporting technical aspects of product inquiries. Success in this position requires active engagement with potential clients to meet sales targets while offering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Ability to provide Technical Support and handle product-related inquiries
• Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
• Problem-solving capabilities and proactive thinking
• Previous experience in telesales or a customer-facing role is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant computer and telecommunication tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background preferred
