Role Description This is a full-time on-site Telesales Specialist position located in Puducherry. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting company products and services, and nurturing leads to convert them into customers. Responsibilities include building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, achieving sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system. The role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience and skills in Telesales, Lead Generation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask Knowledge in Digital Marketing and Online Brand Management is a plus Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team, and meet or exceed sales targets Previous experience in business development or sales is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
