The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions, generating sales via calls & Chat and addressing customer inquiries with professionalism and care. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction, understanding client needs, and supporting technical aspects of product inquiries. Success in this position requires active engagement with potential clients to meet sales targets while offering outstanding customer service.
