Job Description

Anything Skool is India's first organized initiative to provide school merchandise matching the international standards of quality and fit. The vision of the company is to fulfill the school specific needs in uniform segment, primarily regular uniform, shoes, socks and bags from a single destination with the assurance of a brand. The company focuses on simplifying procurement of school needs for both school management and the parents.

In its journey through 14+ years, Anything Skool has developed 300+ sales channel partners to cater to requirements of more than 950 schools pan India with significantly consistent growth. To further augment the marketing strategy, to improve customer engagement, and drive rapid conversions, the company seeks applications for the following Post:

Educational Qualifications and Skills

MBA (Marketing) or equivalent from a reputed Institute.

BBA/B.Com before MBA.

Graduates from Technical streams will not be considered

Key Responsibilities -

Develop and implement the regional sales strategy, aligning it with overall company goals.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviours in the region to identify growth opportunities and risks.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, distributors, and other strategic stakeholders in the region.

Drive new business development (acquisition of new customers) and growth of existing accounts (upsell/cross-sell) in the region.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports; monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.

Key Accountabilities

Team Handling of Two to three BDMs+ASMs

Inculcating a sense of Team work.

Dealing with the School Management about finalizing the concept.

Market study of competition for school supplies.

Market study of trends in Product Categories.

Market Mapping.

Meeting Prospects for Channel Development.
