About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the Talent Marketplace & HR SaaS sector, focused on connecting enterprise customers with global freelance and contract talent across technology, marketing, and operations. We deliver end-to-end workforce solutions and marketplace platforms that simplify hiring, compliance, and contractor management for large organisations across India and APAC.We are hiring an on-site Regional Sales Manager to lead revenue expansion in India — drive territory strategy, win enterprise accounts, and scale channel partnerships to accelerate ARR growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own commercial performance for assigned region: develop and execute territory plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and qualify a strong pipeline via direct outreach, enterprise pursuits, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Manage end-to-end deal cycles: lead negotiations, craft compelling commercial proposals, and close high-value contracts aligned to company pricing and SLAs.
  • Recruit, coach, and enable local sales resources and partner reps to scale coverage and improve conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to tailor offers, pilot programs, and proof-of-value engagements for enterprise buyers.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, CRM hygiene, and performance reporting; leverage data to prioritise opportunities and optimise win rates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding regional revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to enterprise buyers and managing channel/partner ecosystems.
  • Comfortable with on-site work in India and regular travel across the assigned territory (up to 50%).
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation experience, and ability to manage long sales cycles.
