Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner . Manage the front desk operations , including phone calls, emails, and messages. Handle visitor management — maintain records, issue passes, and coordinate appointments. Support administrative activities such as courier handling, office supplies management, and filing. Coordinate with various departments for scheduling meetings and maintaining office calendars . Assist HR and Accounts teams in document organization and internal communication . Ensure the reception area is well-maintained , neat, and presentable at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mails, packages, and correspondence . Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Any Discipline (preferred: Administration, Commerce, or related fields). 0–3 years of experience in a Front Office / Reception / Administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong organization and multitasking ability. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
