Overview: New Trends Commerce Private Limited (“New Trends Commerce”) is a Poddar Group entity with investment from Amazon . New Trends commerce provides seller acquisition and seller onboarding services to Amazon. We focus on Tier-II markets, identify potential sellers across categories like Apparels, fashion jewellery, fashion accessories, home improvement, home & living, home & kitchen and beauty categories to start with. About Role: As Regional Manager for Bazaar, you will be responsible for driving daily field execution, ensuring seller onboarding, catalog readiness, pricing compliance, and order fulfillment. You will lead city leads and their teams across multiple locations, own seller-level outcomes in the first 60 days post-onboarding, and optimize performance based on marketplace dynamics. Key Responsibilities Own Regional Outcomes : Take full ownership of seller onboarding, product listing activation, and early-stage success across all cities in your region. Ensure alignment with Bazaar’s business goals and lead consistent execution in the region. Lead & Scale Field Operations : Build and manage a team of City Leads and Field Officers, focusing on recruitment, training, and motivation. Foster a culture of collaboration and results-driven performance, while resolving conflicts and maintaining team engagement. Deliver Core KPIs : Onboard high-potential sellers within targeted categories and price ranges. Ensure that sellers meet success milestones, such as achieving initial orders on marketplace and meeting key performance metrics. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and maintain process compliance. Proactive Problem-Solving : Identify bottlenecks or challenges faced by sellers and field teams. Collaborate with operations, Delivery, 3-party vendors and internal teams to implement timely and effective solutions. Bias for Action & Long-Term Vision : Quickly build scalable processes that enable field team to execute their tasks, ensure consistent seller success and long-term retention. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use dashboards and field reports to track potential seller pipeline, lead conversion, onboarding status, and early sales. Identify trends and intervene early to safeguard regional achievement and seller success. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Represent regional insights and challenges in central forums. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in operations, support functions like logistics and 3P vendors to drive alignment, address issues, to unblock team and improve outcomes for sellers. Required Qualifications 6–10 years of experience in sales, operations, or field leadership roles. At least 3 years of experience managing large, distributed teams. Willingness to travel extensively within the region. Key Competencies Ownership & Accountability : Takes full responsibility for regional outcomes and drives results end-to-end.
