Company Overview New Trends Commerce Private Limited (“New Trends Commerce”) is a joint venture between Clicktech Enterprises Private Limited (“Poddar Group Entity”) and Haverl LLC (“Amazon Group Entity”). New Trends commerce provides seller acquisition and seller onboarding services to Amazon. We focus on Tier-II markets, identify potential sellers across categories like Apparels, fashion jewellery, fashion accessories, home improvement, home & living, home & kitchen and beauty categories to start with. Role Overview Provide onboarding support to Indian sellers interested in selling globally by guiding them through the registration, documentation, and product listing processes. Provide ongoing support to drive seller success and ensure smooth operations across international marketplaces. Role & responsibilities Call sellers based in India from the given leads and help them complete their registration to start selling on international marketplaces. Assist sellers with registration, documentation, and compliance for marketplaces across different fulfilment channels. Guide sellers in listing their products on the marketplace as per platform guidelines and ensure their catalogues are complete and ready for launch. Drive seller success through deals, advertising, and proactive issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, support, advertising) to ensure seamless seller operations. Proactively support and coordinate solutions whenever a seller is blocked or facing operational hurdles. Identify, track, and drive key business metrics that directly impact seller onboarding, seller success and seller efficiency. Ensure strict adherence to compliance, operational, and quality standards across all seller onboarding. Provide post-onboarding account management support to drive Gross Merchandise Sales (GMS) growth. Location: Noida Preferred candidate profile 1 to 3 years of experience in cross-border trade, e-commerce seller onboarding, or account management. Should be comfortable with making frequent calls to a high number of sellers daily and conducting regular follow-ups. Strong communication and convincing skills Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with external partners. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and dashboards. Knowledge of cross-border trade processes, international shipping, and Amazon Global Selling programs is a Plus. Experience in managing seller performance, advertising, or deal participation is a plus. Please note that this is a work-from-office role and a six-day work week.
