Job Position: Global Sales Associate (Work From Home)

Location:

11:00 PM 8:00 AM
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Working Days:
6 days a week

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide detailed information to prospective learners via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Counsel students and parents (K–12 segment) to understand and support their learning goals.
Schedule and conduct daily online demo sessions and follow up effectively.
Handle objections, negotiate prices, and drive successful conversions.
Address queries and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and enrolment targets.
Ensure consistent follow-up until the learner is fully onboarded.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and approachable.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals.
Self-driven with a passion for educational sales.
Good understanding of company offerings and market landscape.
