Company Name: NCR Eduservices Position: Quality Analyst Job Type: WFO Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Working Days : 6 days (Sun will be Off) Experience: 1-2 Years Office Location: Noida Sec-62 Job Overview: We are seeking a detail - oriented, analytical and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing software systems, ensuring high - quality deliverables, identifying bugs and working collaboratively with developers and product managers to resolve issues and improve overall user experience. Role and Responsibilities: Analyze requirements and prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and API applications. Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders for requirement clarity and bug resolution. Perform regression testing, functional testing, UI/UX validation, and performance testing (if required). Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and documentation standards. Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous process improvements. Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives). Required Skills: Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies. Hands-on experience in automation testing tools . Basic understanding of SQL and databases for data validation. Familiarity with version control systems like Git . Good understanding of SDLC . Exposure to writing basic scripts in JavaScript (as per automation tool). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
