Senior QA Engineers

Key Responsibilities

For Both Roles:

• Perform Manual and Automation testing for Web, Mobile, and APIs
  
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans
  
• Identify, track, and verify defects using standard bug-tracking tools
  
• Develop/maintain automation scripts (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress)
  
• Conduct API testing using Postman / Swagger
  
• Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and release cycles
  
• Ensure high-quality releases with strong test coverage
  
• Report QA metrics (coverage, defect density, leakage, etc.)
  

Additional Responsibilities for QA Lead:

• Lead and mentor QA team members
  
• Define test strategy, processes, and best practices
  
• Drive automation implementation across projects
  
• Manage test environments, test data, and continuous improvement initiatives
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent degree
  

• Senior QA:

  5–8 years of experience (Manual + Automation mandatory)

• QA Lead:

  6–10 years of experience with 2+ years of team leadership
• Strong manual testing & test design skills
  
• Hands-on automation experience: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress
  
• Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman/Swagger)
  
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD
  
• Excellent communication & analytical skills
  

Good to Have

• Experience with JMeter / LoadRunner
  
• Exposure to cloud testing (AWS, Azure)
