• Inspect and evaluate quality of daily incoming F&V articles (Tomato, Green Chilli, Green Peas, Cucumber, Capsicum).
• Maintain and update AQR (Arrival Quality Report) & PDR (Product Daily Report). • Report quality issues in real time to relevant teams. • Assist in grading, sorting, and quality checks as per defined standards. • Support creation and updating of SOPs, quality manuals, and visual guides. • Identify quality deviations and assist in root-cause analysis. • Help implement technical or mechanical solutions for quality improvement. • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams on quality concerns. • Assist in documenting process improvements and compliance reports.
