Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Poetry by Love and Cheesecake (Brewworks Pvt. Ltd.). The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage job postings, resumes, and applications on various platforms.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the Hotels & Restaurants industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
