Recruitment Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Shortlisting:

• Offer & Onboarding:

   Salary negotiations, prepare and issue offer letters, handle joining formalities, induction and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

• Head Hunting:

   Actively approach and engage passive candidates for niche and junior to mid level positions.

• Interview Management:

   Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews; assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Hiring Coordination:

   Schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain smooth communication throughout the selection process.

• Recruitment & Selection:

   Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across various departments.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate/Post-graduate in HR or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills across job portals and social media.
• Experience in headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
• Experience in employee engagement activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
