Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor specializing in Australia & Ireland, located in Delhi& Mumbai. The Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students wishing to pursue higher education in Australia and Ireland. Daily tasks include consulting with students and families, assessing student profiles, recommending appropriate courses and institutions, assisting with applications, and offering coaching and test preparation advice. The Counsellor will also stay updated on educational opportunities and application processes for institutions in Australia and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic counselling and student profile assessment
• Knowledge of educational systems and institution requirements in Australia and Ireland
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills
• Ability to assist with applications, course selection, and coaching/test preparation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in overseas education consultancy is a plus
