Role - Recruitment Specialist

Location - Nariman Point, Mumbai

• Execute the plan for recruitment in line with the business strategy and the budget
• Follow SOPs that have been created in line with the business strategy
• Ensure manpower availability in line with business needs
• Plan and manage optimal manpower in collaboration with the Manager Talent Acquisition. Execute the recruitment strategy of the organization.
• Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules.
• Screening of candidates from the existing database, referrals, job portals and recruitment firms & posted advertisements as per manpower requisition forms.
• Conduct preliminary round of interviews and short listing of suitable candidates
• Perform Salary negotiations and grade fitment.
• Maintaining an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
• Manage the recruitment budget by identifying means to meet the target with minimum cost.
• Provide weekly / monthly recruitment status.
• Initiating new sources of hiring
