Coordinating with Client's & ZBM's to understand the site MP requirements
To ensure call each data which will be received from HOD
Field work for site shortages fulfillment
Surfing & shortlisting CVs from Portal, Manpower Consultant, advertisement, social media etc.
Conducting first interview and briefing the candidates before attending the interview in the site.
lining up the candidate as per the new requirement
Calling the candidate for the interview through the employees reference and other data
Sending the email confirmation to the Ops/client for interview timing
Following up the pending CV daily, weekly
Site visit at the time of bulk interviews
To ensure the daily calling tracker to be update properly.
