Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms. Daily tasks include screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand job requirements. The role also involves maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms

• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Interest in HR, recruiting, or a related field is a plus
