Role & Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up for timely resolution. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery. Provide information about products, services, and offers to customers. Identify and escalate complex issues to the concerned department or senior management. Strive for first contact resolution and maintain customer satisfaction levels. Meet daily/weekly performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer feedback. Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline (freshers or experienced candidates may apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and regional language, if applicable). Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM or support tools. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle pressure or difficult customers professionally. Prior experience in a customer support, call center, or BPO role will be an added advantage. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or rotational schedules if required.

Role & Responsibilities Source and attract candidates using job portals Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients or hiring managers. Maintain and update the candidate database regularly. Understand client requirements for various non-IT roles across departments such as sales, marketing, operations, customer service, accounts, and administration. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets and ensure timely closures. Stay updated on current hiring trends, job market, and recruitment best practices. Preferred Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred). 14 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or relevant staffing roles. Strong understanding of various non-technical functions and roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience using job portals, social media, and professional networks for sourcing. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to handle multiple requirements and deliver under deadlines.
